个人简介
张利国，法学博士，教授，硕士研究生导师，博士研究生导师（兼职），四川省特聘专家。四川省人工智能与大数据法治研究会常务副会长，四川省首席法律咨询专家。主要从事知识产权法、反垄断法、数据法方面的研究。
